Introduction

The 4th edition of AIM (Amity International Moot Court Competition) is scheduled to be held from October 8th to October 10th, 2014. The Moot Court Competition has completed three glorious years and is still going strong. The matters chosen for the competition involve cutting-edge issues of great importance in the international community.

The moot problem primarily focuses upon intricate issues pertaining to international humanitarian law and refugee law keeping in mind the current scenario and prospective situations at the global level with an objective to test the legal acumen and application of law students through their intellectual rigor. The moot court competition seeks to promote excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing and also offers an opportunity to the law students to develop practical skills that will serve them in their professional endeavours. 

Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:

  • Winning Team
  • Runner Up Team
  • Best Counsel 
  • Best Memorial
  • Best Researcher

Registration Information
Participants are requested to confirm your participation through email on aim.alsn2014@gmail.com, by September 10th, 2014. The team composition and relevant details must be submitted in the prescribed registration form along with the registration fee remitted by way of a Demand Draft for the amount prescribed per team by September 15th, 2014.

Introduction

The 3rd edition of AIM (Amity International Moot Court Competition) is scheduled to be held from October 17th to October 19th, 2013. The Moot Court Competition has just passed its second step and is still going strong. The matters chosen for the competition involve cutting-edge issues of great importance in the international community.
The moot problem is primarily focused upon issues pertaining to international commercial arbitration and international trade law and the competition will seek to integrate the academic potential, legal insight and team work amongst the law students. 
Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:
  • Best Team
  • Runner Up Team
  • Best Speaker
  • Best Memorial
  • Best Researcher
Registration Information
To register for the Moot Court Competition, kindly confirm your participation via email to the Organising Committee at aim.alsn2013@gmail.com. Also, fill the registration form and send it along with a demand draft in favour of ‘Amity University, Uttar Pradesh’ latest by September 20th, 2013 to Amity Law School, NOIDA, I-Block, Amity University Campus, Sector-125, NOIDA- 201303.

Invitation from the Director (AIM II - 2012)

Sir/Madam,
It gives me great pleasure to invite your institution to participate in the 2nd Amity International Moot Court Competition, 2012. The event is scheduled to be held from 10th to 12th October, 2012.

The moot competition is being organised with a view to general awareness and competition on the international aspects of the legal world. The problem is designed to test the students on their legal acumen and the practical application of their knowledge of International Law.

The venue for the Competition will be at the Amity Law School Campus, I-2 Block, Amity University, Sector-125, Noida- 201303, India.

You may wish to nominate a team of three students from the undergraduate law programme of your recognised institution to participate in the competition. Accommodation facilities shall be provided to three registered participants of each participating outstation teams.

You are requested to confirm your participation through email on mcs.alsnoida@gmail.com, by 25th August, 2012. The team details should be submitted in the prescribed registration form along with the registration amount by way of a Demand Draft of the amount indicated per team by 27th August, 2012.
